About the Class:
Yoga provides tweens and teens with precious tools to cope with life's stresses. 

It  helps promote self-confidence & self-image, reduces stress, increases concentration and helps build emotional resilience. 

During class, we move through age-appropriate yoga poses, learn breathing techniques, mindfulness strategies and play fun yoga games!
